A shipment came in at my dads work and he brought home a few. He says the the trick to brazing is you have to have the heat just right!

I could have used some of that,I snapped a small drill bit off in an aluminum chassis I'm making.Made a mess trying to get it out, with no luck, than I ended up cutting a new chassis. _________________ 1.9 Jeep Cherokee

Nice! I hope you like it. My dad says you have to have the perfect temperature though. He gave me a peice of 2 aluminum rods that was welded and I couldent break the joint! The rod snapped! _________________ /ŻŻŻ\ŻŻŻŻ\,

I was given one of the rods from a friend that bought one of the bigger kits to try and it worked like a charm, and with good solid aluminum rod you can make a pretty strong cage attached to an aluminum frame. _________________ Jim
