Hey guys just finished repainting a use Tamiya Pajero I picked up back in the summer from the ZoomRoom. I wish I had taken before pictures but I didn't, it was painted metallic blue with rubberized black around the bumpers and side trim. It was a PITA to strip the lacquer paint, I used some real gentle paint stripper along with lacquer thinner. Then I primered it and painted the base coat with Krylon acrylic paint, and did the camo with Tamiya paints.
What do ya think?




P.S. I did the mandatory mods full BB, front IFS mods, body lift

Thanks guys it was a PITA to remove all the old paint but a hell of a lot of fun to lay down the new paint!

Awsome, but why is there a spare tire cover in the back, but the tire is on the roof?

GOOD eye !!!! That's just there for now until I fab up a tire mount and rear ladder. Then I'll pull down the spare from the roof carrier ( lower the COG a bit ).
